Stomatosurgery
We perform all surgical procedures with the utmost respect for the patient, using modern, effective and safe anaesthetics. If it is necessary to strengthen the effect of local anesthesia and at the same time completely eliminate fear or tension, we use analgosedation. In special cases, we also perform procedures under general anaesthesia. Sterility and safety are a matter of course for us.
We routinely perform dozens of types of outpatient ostomy procedures at our clinic, including:
- Tooth extractions, including wisdom teeth and residual roots
- Surgical removal of teeth that are not fully erupted or remain in the jaw
- Root tip resection – removal of the site of infection above the tooth root
- Adjustments to ligament pulls and bridles
Surgical procedures are often part of comprehensive functional and aesthetic dental rehabilitation and are performed according to an individual treatment plan. For more complex procedures, we use an operating microscope and piezosurgical technology to ensure maximum precision and gentleness to the surrounding tissues.
After each procedure, the patient receives instructions, a cold pack, a follow-up appointment and, if necessary, a prescription for antibiotics or analgesics.
